Ordering and delivery
Who will deliver my order?
We work with several shipping partners. Our packages are delivered by DPD and GLS. You will always receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow the status of your order. Pallet orders are handled by DHL, with no track & trace code. Pallets are delivered curbside as standard.
How will my order be delivered?
You will normally receive your order within 3-4 business days. Due to Corona's size and shippers' workload, delivery times are currently longer than you are used to. Due to the high capacity utilization of parcel services at the end of the year, delivery times are currently longer than what you are used to. We regret this and will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace code for updated information.
I have not received all the products
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by phone at +39 0471 633057 (business hours) or by mail: email@example.com. Our customer service team will contact you. Please keep your order number handy for any questions.
My order has been shipped but not yet delivered
Is your order status listed as "shipped" but you have not received anything after 5 business days? Please contact our customer service department at +39 0471 633057 (business hours) or by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
Three attempts will be made to deliver the shipment. If we cannot find you, your order will be delivered to a DPD collection point near you.
