Shipping and Returns
Who will deliver my order?
Our orders are shipped via GLS and Poste Italiane.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. Please check your tracking for updates.
I didn’t receive all my items – what should I do?
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lerava.com.
Our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible. Please include your order number.
My order has been shipped but not delivered yet
If your order is marked as “shipped” but hasn’t arrived after a few business days, please contact our customer service: info@lerava.com.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The courier will make up to two delivery attempts.
If delivery is not possible, your package will be left at a nearby pickup point.
