Ordering and delivery
Who will deliver my order?
We work with various shipping partners. Our packages are delivered by BRT and GLS. You will always receive a Track & Trace code to follow the status of your order. Pallet orders are handled by EMT, without a Track & Trace code. Pallets are delivered curbside as standard.
How will my order be delivered?
Normally, you will receive your order in Italy within 1-2 business days. For France, Spain, Germany, and the rest of Europe, delivery may take up to 3-4 business days. Packages are shipped directly from our production site.
However, due to courier workload, delivery times may be longer.
We recommend checking your Track & Trace code for the latest updates.
I haven’t received all the products
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lerava.com. Our customer service will get in touch with you. Have your order number ready for any inquiries.
My order has been shipped but not yet delivered
Is your order status marked as "shipped," but you haven’t received anything after 5 business days? Please contact our customer service at info@lerava.com.
What happens if I’m not home when the order is delivered?
Two delivery attempts will be made. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be delivered to a nearby BRT collection point.
